Due to new developments, the Prom date for Thursday, April 9 has now been canceled. As of now, Friday, May 8, will be the new prom date. Once again, May 8 is the new date for Prom. We are hopeful that this date will work out.

We wanted to give you an update about the progress of Prom. Currently, Prom is scheduled for Thursday, April 9. This is still in place. However, if the date must be changed, the alternate date will be Friday, May 8. This date will be our second option. April 9 is still the date, but May 8 is the alternate date.

The drink sale will continue until April 7th. Money and orders are due at 8:00am on April 7th.
Delivery date will be April 30th. We will update you if anything changes between now and then.

This is a reminder for 6th and 7th grade parents: There will be a 30-minute informational parent meeting to discuss the 2021 trip to Washington DC with Worldstrides led by Mrs. Cronin on Thursday, March 12th at 5:30 in the high school library. Two $50 scholarships for the trip will be given away, but you must attend the meeting and register your child by the early registration deadline to qualify for the drawing. We hope to see many of you tomorrow at 5:30pm. Thank you.

Tomorrow is Spring Picture Day! Students in grades 6-8 will have their spring portraits taken tomorrow! We apologize for the short notice. Pictures will begin at 8am.

Tomorrow, February 18th, is Spring Portrait Day for students in grades 6-8. If your student is older and you would still like for their pictures to be taken, please have them come to the auditorium when 8th grade students are called. Pictures will begin at 8am.
Also, Friday, Feb. 21st is the last day to pre-order a yearbook with a name plate. At Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, Feb. 20th, there will be a table set up in the back lobby for you to order, or see Mrs. Farmer in Room 22.

The Middle School away basketball game scheduled for tonight at Jasper Middle School has been cancelled due to the potentially severe weather moving through the area later tonight.

The Eagles Nest Pep Club forms must be turned in by lunch tomorrow - Tuesday, November 5th. The money for the shirt can be turned in at the student's convenience, but they will not be able to get into the home basketball games for free until they have paid.
Eagle shirt orders are due October 10th with CASH. Please send them in with the student. Thank you all for your order.
We would like to invite you to attend our FAFSA Frenzy workshop in the VBHS computer lab on Monday, October 7, 2019 from 4-7pm. The FAFSA must be completed for seniors attending college or a technical school after graduation. We will have specialists from the TN Student Assistance Corporation on site to assist with filling out the FAFSA. We hope everyone takes advantage of this opportunity to complete the FAFSA application.
