Open Enrollment Policy

T.C.A. - Public Chapter 479

The Van Buren County School System is comprised of only two public schools: Spencer Elementary School (grades PreK-5) and Van Buren County Middle/High School (grades 6-12). Both schools have space to serve additional students through open enrollment for all school-age students residing within the county borders. Enrollment is open beginning July 1st of each school year and throughout the school year for eligible students.
